RAS stone vendor

...in looking through the list of classes the stones are for, do you need one of those classes? or must all your classes be from that list? If the latter, any reason weapon master is missing? Seems it should be on that list..

Vash, who is level 34, talked to the dwarf in the square, who only had 1 dialogue choice about "finding them when you're ready".

for palemasters, the cls_feat_palema.2da file specifies what feats are granted at what levels, so in the GrantedOnLevel column, you enter the level the feat is granted, or -1 if not granted. ok, I've played on a lot of different worlds and here's my feedback: Shifters - not many people are dying to play shifters and most expect that on medium or high magic worlds, they aren't generally playable because of item merging behaviors. in terms of open locks, for the "entry" level chests with DC of 25, you get take 20 when not in combat, so you only need a modded 5 points of DEX+open locks. 2 rings of Dex+3 from the shop gives +3 right there, so you'd only need to get 2 open locks (cross-class 4 skill points). IMO, rogues and bards have plenty of reasons to play them and access to the potion seller is the last of them. Does the merchants guild require actual rogue levels to get into? Bc after much cross-classing, my new PC was able to unlock the door, but all the dialogue choices lead to "oh that's too bad the guild disbanded" type dialogue. in the spell change thread, I see up updated it to say it caps at +6. If it's like the others (+1 every 3 levels), then it's +5 at cleric 17 (when you first get level 9 spells), and +6 at cleric 18+.
