A couple things....I tested the "new" thunderstrike and it does NOT add the +3 EB, only the vamp regen, 2d10 electric, plus the restrictions. not sure if a bug or working as designed but BT no longer gives the temp +3 eb, just the 2d8 positive dmg.

also, if you buff summon or companion, it won't show up on their character sheet like it will for a pc but it does work.
