(FIXED) All my characters are gone

I just tried logging in and all of my characters are missing.

*FIXED*

Just for others who might read here...

Characters have not been removed by purpose but rather it was the consequences of an intire hardware crash at JEST-servers euro division in Germany where we rent our server. This caused various files to be corrupted. So far however all players who have requested their old chars back have had so and it has worked without being corrupt :)
