( Fixed ) Magic Vestment

Is not giving +4 AC at level 12. Which it should be, 1 AC per 3 caster levels.

We had forgot to write about the changes for magic vestment in the spellchanges section: That is now done.

Before it was level/4 cap at level 7. Now it is Level/3 ( as regular ) but still caps at 7. Besically it has been put back down to level/3 to boost melee tanks compared to summons.
