Apparently has at least 5/+11 reduction rather than the default 5/+1? Huh?

Something like that. I found that since most mobs were having some sort of +x +1 ment it was worthless so...

Gotcha.

Not to sound like a broken record, but stuff like this really needs to be mentioned : / People expect it to be useless past level 6-7 and thus won't try to cast the spell or use a rod. It also makes stuff like the Garou Belt's 5/+10 reduction completely irrelevant.
