Forgotten quest details

There should be a way to speak to quest givers and get a recap of the instructions. I got Windsmoor's quest, but had to log out before starting it and now can't remember what I have to do. It is a bit complicated to remember with all the "go here, then there, then do this".

As for the windsmoor, asuming its the lady windsmoor you must go to new iceport and the Inn there to buy a magical bag.
from there you return to the harbor and move on to AIslas Plateau, where you must deliever your notice, and the bag to the druid Moviana and in return get a bag with magical potions, which you must return to lady Windsmoor.

If its young Leonel Windsmoor in the museums exibition department, you need to get him a specific flower from the Shei'Dun Path, near the Frontier Harbor. The Frontier Harbor you reach from Castle Balder harbor.
