Class Quest Idea (Blackguard): Book of Vile Darkness.

So!
On this section we're looking at today as a way to give blackguard PC's an epic, personalised quest! So far the summons have been adjusted to accomodate with the environment which is perfect.
In quite a few cases in lore, The equivalent holy grail for a blackguard is a book known as the book of vile darkness. What if within the realm of Alangara, One vile,disgusting servant of darkness procured this tome after a deadly encounter with an unspeakable terror but paled against the complete and despicable aura of the Book of Vile Darkness..
Lore and Basic Information
“Where's the chapter about me?! Demon lord who achieved godhood, hello! Who in the Nine Hells wrote this thing?" — Lolth complaining about the Book of Vile Darkness.
There were a total of six copies and at least eighteen fakes and botched copies of it. The original from Vecna, a deity from Oerth, was a book with a cover made from flesh from a human face and bones from a demon. The latter was made into the book's metal binding via magic. It had—at least for normal people—unintelligible symbols on the cover.
Whats the Idea?
Simply put, Give a few possible hints leading to several locations of the possible whereabouts of the Book of Vile Darkness. Some places dangerous and some completely stupid. If the blackguard finds the right spot.. There would be a terrible guardian serving as a custodian to the tome.
The Book of Vile Darkness if procured by a blackguard could provide the following (Ideas):
A different demon/devil model for the summon.
Buffs for the blackguard summon.
Buffs/Spells for the blackguard.
Minor Stat boosts.
Hopefully this gives some inspiration!
