Alangara now supports the standard player feats Brew Potion and Craft Wand. These are however upgraded as follows.
BREW POTION :
Potions can be level 5 and level 6 for Reborns.
XP creation cost is 50% of standard.
Gold creation cost is 10% of standard.
CRAFT WAND :
Spells can be level 4 and level 5 for Reborns.
XP creation cost is 50% of standard.
Gold creation cost is 10% of standard.
ALL CAN USE THE PLAYER CREATED WANDS !!!
Depending on the possible exploit goldwise on selling these items to vendors we might turn all playercreated items to plot or stolen...
Empty wands and vials are sold by Signe in the Plaza District. Blank scrolls are NOT sold anywhere !
