New immersion tool - haste bug

Hey Tara, the new immersion tool forms (at least the elementals) are not granted the 50% movement speed bonus while hasted and still move at unhasted speed.

That is really weird. I have no idea as to how this can be to be honest. perhaps Seeker can comment on this ?

Hi again Spe
I went over the appearance.2da and found out all the new elementals had slow movement. Then I found a fitting match and altered all those movements and uploaded it to server side.
Its working for me and I did not upload the changes on my side to be certain if it was working server side.
( might have to go over all the forms to check speed as i realised the badger was fast but might be normal now - could not check it with my test ranger )
