Housing issues - Custom and Standard

Standard Housing
Suggestion: Since standard housing comes with unusable portals that cost money, lets take a step out for tarasan. Why can't the inactive portal initiate a convo script, the player pays the cost (cherries/gold/First born child) and then that portal is forever active afterwards.

Custom Housing
Some of the placeables aren't working which isn't a big deal rush.

Furniture Sign - Herbalist (I don't think any of the signs work)
Furniture Harp
Furniture Darkwood Piano

First off, ill be looking into the housing system in the forseable future and do those fixes, so thx for reporting…

As for the portals i think it would be awesome so maybe this is something you could look into Seeker ?
